Vision and Goals
OCF will provide extensive assistance to all needy children in the Sharon area of Israel to ensure that they are able to have access to good quality education, be clothed appropriately and to enjoy a nourishing daily meal.
OCF will target the most needy regions in the center of Israel and establish programs to answer these pressing needs.
